Zusammenfassung: | To improve the detection accuracy of a thermostat 9.SOLUTION: A heater mounting plate 3 includes a thermostat 9 that prevents an electric heater 7 from overheating, and a heat diffusion preventing portion 10 that prevents diffusion of heat from the electric heater 7 transmitted from a contact surface A between a mounting leg 4 and the heater mounting plate 3 to the heater mounting plate 3, the heat diffusion prevention portion 10 prevents diffusion from a contact surface A in a direction substantially orthogonal to a straight line T connecting the contact surface A and the thermostat 9, and is not provided at least between the contact surface A and the thermostat 9, such that the heat diffused from the contact surface A can be promoted to be transmitted in the direction of the straight line T, and the heat of the electric heater 7 can be efficiently transmitted to the thermostat 9, and the temperature can be detected accurately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】サーモスタット9の検知精度の向上。【解決手段】ヒータ取付板3には、電熱ヒータ7の過昇温を防止するサーモスタット9と、取付脚4とヒータ取付板3との接触面Aからヒータ取付板3に伝わった電熱ヒータ7の熱の拡散を防止する熱拡散防止部10とを設け、熱拡散防止部10は、接触面Aから接触面Aとサーモスタット9とを結んだ直線Tと略直交する方向への拡散を防止する共に、少なくとも接触面Aとサーモスタット9の間には設けないことで、接触面Aから拡散される熱が直線Tの方向に伝わるように促すことができ、サーモスタット9に電熱ヒータ7の熱を効率よく伝え、正確な温度を検知させることができる。【選択図】図4 |
