Zusammenfassung: | To provide an image recording device which enables recording of an image having a high reflection suppression effect while suppressing white turbidness on the surface of a printed matter.SOLUTION: An image recording device comprises: recording medium conveyance means for conveying a recording medium; ink imparting means which imparts ink to the recording medium and forms an ink image; heating means for heating the ink image; and curing means which is positioned downstream in a recording medium conveyance direction of the ink imparting means, irradiates the ink image with active energy rays to cure the ink image. The ink comprises: a dispersion medium cured by irradiation with the active energy rays; and resin particles which have a 50% cumulative volume average particle diameter (D50) of less than 200 nm, and a lowest film-forming temperature of 10°C or higher, and are not cured by irradiation with the active energy rays. The ink image on the recording medium is adjusted so as to be heated at a temperature higher than the lowest film-forming temperature of the resin particles by the heating means, and then, cured by the curing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】印刷物の表面の白濁化を抑制しつつ、反射抑制効果の高い画像を記録することが可能な画像記録装置を提供する。【解決手段】記録媒体を搬送する記録媒体搬送手段と、記録媒体にインクを付与し、インク像を形成するインク付与手段と、インク像を加熱する加熱手段と、インク付与手段の記録媒体搬送方向の下流に位置し、インク像に活性エネルギー線を照射してインク像を硬化させる硬化手段と、を有する画像記録装置であって、インクは、活性エネルギー線の照射によって硬化する分散媒と、50%累積体積平均粒子径(D50)が200nm未満であり、最低造膜温度が10℃以上であり、かつ、活性エネルギー線の照射によって硬化しない樹脂粒子と、を有し、記録媒体上のインク像は、加熱手段によって樹脂粒子の最低造膜温度以上の温度で加熱され、その後、硬化手段によって硬化されるように調整されていることを特徴とする画像記録装置。【選択図】図1 |
