The infrared light emission device 20 includes an infrared control section 25 for controlling the thermoelectric element based on the notification instruction information, and changing the heat movement direction of the thermoelectric element in response to a peripheral temperature of the infrared light emission section acquired by a temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
