INFRARED LIGHT EMISSION DEVICE AND NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

To provide a notification system capable of accurately transmitting notification information even when a temperature of an arrangement environment is raised.SOLUTION: An infrared light emission device 20 comprises: a reception section 21 for receiving notification instruction information including a predetermined position/direction; and an infrared light emission section 24 for presenting notification information based on the notification instruction information with the use of an infrared ray to be emitted by a thermoelectric element capable of changing a heat movement direction.
