Zusammenfassung:To prevent deterioration of image quality so as to improve accuracy in detecting irradiation of an X-ray by effectively suppressing a vibration while keeping light-weight in a radiation detector.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 100 comprises: a radiation detection section 2 including a flexible substrate 21 and a semiconductor element 23 formed on an imaging surface 22 of the substrate; a support member 4 for supporting the radiation detection section; a housing (front surface part 1, rear surface part 8) for storing the radiation detection section; and buffer members C11-C13, C21-C23, C31-C33.
