Zusammenfassung: | To improve bleeding process in a cell culture process such as perfusion culture.SOLUTION: There is provided, a liquid processing device for use in a cell culture process, comprising: a settling tank for storing cell culture fluid from a culture tank; a tube for communication between the culture tank and the settling tank; a first discharge tube for discharging a cell concentrate, which is connected to the settling tank; a second discharge tube for discharging a supernatant, which is connected to the settling tank; a pump; and a control unit. In the device, after the cell culture fluid is separated into the supernatant and the cell concentrate by the gravitational segmentation in the settling tank, the control unit controls the pump to (a) return the supernatant to the culture tank through the communicating tube and harvest the cell concentrate through the first discharge tube and/or (b) harvest the supernatant through the second discharge tube and return the cell concentrate to the culture tank through the communicating tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
