To provide an information processing system that improves prediction accuracy for data that includes low frequent medical care treatment.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a transition information generation unit 110 that generates, on the basis of medical information of a plurality of patients, event transition information for each patient; a medical care process classification unit 111 that classifies, from the generated transition information, on the basis of a threshold related to a frequency of medical care treatment, a process of medical care treatment included in an event into a plurality of groups; a medical care process granularity adjustment unit 112 that aggregates items of the process of medical care treatment in at least a part of the groups; a predictive model generation unit 113 that generates a predictive model for each group; and an output unit 114 that classifies, on the basis of input data of medical information of a new patient, the new patient into one of the groups and outputs, occurrence of an event of the new patient using a prediction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低頻度な診療行為が含まれるデータについて予測精度向上を図る。【解決手段】複数の患者の医療情報に基づき、患者毎のイベントの遷移情報を生成する遷移情報生成部１１０と、生成された遷移情報から、診療行為の頻度に関する閾値に基づき、イベントに含まれる診療行為のプロセスを複数のグループに分類する診療プロセス分類部１１１と、グループの少なくとも一部において、診療行為のプロセスの項目を集約する診療プロセス粒度調整部１１２と、グループ毎に予測モデルを生成する予測モデル生成部１１３と、新規患者の医療情報の入力データに基づき、グループのいずれかに分類し、予測モデルを用いて新規患者のイベントの発生を出力する出力部１１４と、を備える情報処理システムを提供する。【選択図】図１
