Zusammenfassung: | To provide a sintered ore that achieves both of improved reductivity and lower reduction degradability and a method for producing the same and further provide a sintered ore for hydrogen reduction and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Sintered ores herein have the ratio PA/PB of 0.23 or more where PA denotes the porosity (vol.%) measured by mercury press-in technique after crushing sintered ores with a particle size of 5 mm or more so that their average particle size falls within 1-2 mm, and PB denotes the porosity (vol.%) calculated using an apparent density of the sintered ores measured using water by submerged weighing technique and a real density measured by boiling or vacuum suction technique after crushing the sintered ores into a size of [particle size-250 μm]. There is also provided a sintered ore production method using raw materials containing ores with a crystal water content of 4 mass% or more. There is also provided a sintered ore for hydrogen reduction with the porosity ratio PA/PB of 0.25 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】還元性の向上と低還元粉化性を両立させた焼結鉱を提供し、その製造方法を提案する。さらに、水素還元用の焼結鉱およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粒径が5mm以上の焼結鉱を平均粒径が1~2mmの範囲となるように粉砕したのち水銀圧入法で測定した気孔率PA(体積%)と、前記焼結鉱について、水を用いて液中秤量法により測定した見かけ密度、および、該焼結鉱を粉砕し粒径-250μmに篩った後煮沸法または真空吸引法により測定した真密度を用いて求めた気孔率PB(体積%)と、の比PA/PBが0.23以上である、焼結鉱である。結晶水含有量が4質量%以上の鉱石を含む原料を用いる、焼結鉱の製造方法である。さらに、気孔率の比PA/PBが0.25以上である水素還元用の焼結鉱である。【選択図】図1 |
