Zusammenfassung:To develop a magnetic field vector sensor grid using GSR sensors and install the same in a tip of a handpiece so as to enable detection of the position and orientation of a fine magnet, and to realize a guidance system for automatic detection.SOLUTION: Magnetic field vector sensors having a detection power of 10 nT or less and a magnetic field vector sensor grid are developed to measure a magnetic field generated by a magnet 72, and the position and orientation of the magnet is highly accurately detected by inputting the measurements into a Gauss-Newton method-based computation method after appropriately selecting an error in and the number of input datasets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】本発明は、GSRセンサを使用した磁界ベクトルセンサグリッドを開発し、ハンドピースの先端部に設置し、微小な磁石体の位置と方位を検出することを可能にするととも自動的に検出する誘導システムを可能にする。【解決手段】10nT以下の検出力を有する磁界ベクトルセンサと磁界ベクトルセンサグリッドを開発し、磁石体72が発する磁界を計測し、ガウスニュートン法を基礎にした計算方法に、入力データの誤差と数を適切に選択して入力することによって、磁石体の位置と方位を高い精度で検出する。【選択図】図11
