To improve a technique for managing the unlocking of an electronic lock.SOLUTION: A management system 1 includes a registration unit that registers information on the transfer on the blockchain when a non-substitutable token that functions as an electronic key for unlocking an electronic lock 4 that locks an entrance/exit 3 of a living space from an administrator of the living space to a participant involved in the process until a visitor who visits the living space is confirmed, and registers information on the transfer on the blockchain when the non-substitutable token is transferred from a participant to the next participant or a visitor, an authentication unit that authenticates that the visitor possesses a non-substitutable token or a temporary key issued by the administrator or the owner of the non-substitutable token when the electronic lock is requested to be unlocked by the visitor, and an unlocking control unit that unlocks the electronic lock when the authentication unit authenticates that the visitor possesses the non-substitutable token or temporary key.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電子錠の解錠を管理するための技術を向上させる。【解決手段】管理システム１は、居住空間の出入口３を施錠する電子錠４を解錠するための電子鍵として機能する非代替トークンが、居住空間の管理者から、居住空間を訪問する訪問者が確定するまでの過程に関与する関与者に移転されたときに、その移転に関する情報をブロックチェーンに登録し、非代替トークンが、関与者から、次の関与者又は訪問者に移転された場合には、その移転に関する情報をブロックチェーンに登録する登録部と、訪問者により電子錠の解錠が要求されたときに、訪問者が非代替トークン、又は、管理者若しくは非代替トークンの所有者により発行された一時鍵を所有していることを認証する認証部と、訪問者が非代替トークン又は一時鍵を所有していることが認証部により認証されたときに、電子錠を解錠する解錠制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
