Zusammenfassung:	To provide a refrigerator that can shorten the maximum ice crystal-producing zone transit time of a food product.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a storage room capable of adjusting the internal temperature thereof; and a control unit for controlling the temperature of the storage room. The control unit runs: a normal mode of keeping the storage room at a predetermined temperature; a rapid cooling mode of cooling a food product stored in the storage room for a predetermined time; and a special mode of lowering the temperature of the storage room to a predetermined temperature and then cooling a food product for a predetermined time when the food product is stored in the storage room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】食品の最大氷結晶生成帯通過時間を短縮することができる冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】内部の温度を調節可能な貯蔵室と、貯蔵室の温度を制御する制御部とを備え、制御部は、貯蔵室を所定温度に維持させる通常モードと、貯蔵室に収められた食品を所定時間冷却させる急冷モードと、貯蔵室の温度を所定温度に低下させた後に、貯蔵室に食品が収められた場合に、食品を所定時間冷却させる特別モードとを実施する。【選択図】図２
