The first reduction step slightly reduces a cast slab (10) at a rolling reduction rate of 0.5 mm/min or more and 1.0 mm/min or less until a central solid phase rate of the cast slab reaches 0.8 after the central solid phase rate reaches 0.3. The second reduction step largely reduces the cast slab (10) having the central solid phase rate of more than 0.8 and less than 1.0 with a rolling reduction quantity of 2.0 mm or more and 10.0 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構成で、中心偏析及びポロシティを低減する。【解決手段】スラブ鋳片の連続鋳造方法は、第1圧下工程と、第2圧下工程とを備える。第1圧下工程では、鋳片(10)の中心固相率が0.3に達してから中心固相率が0.8に達するまで、鋳片を0.5mm/min以上且つ1.0mm/min以下の圧下速度で軽圧下する。第2圧下工程では、0.8より大きくて1.0未満の中心固相率を有する鋳片(10)を2.0mm以上且つ10.0mm以下の圧下量で大圧下する。【選択図】図1 |
