Zusammenfassung: | To provide a carbon dioxide recovery device having high versatility for performing absorption and separation of carbon dioxide at a lower temperature.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery device comprises an absorption unit having a casing with built-in carbon dioxide absorber, and includes: a first pipe which is provided on one side of the casing and is connected to the absorber; a carbon dioxide recovery pipe; a selector valve which is provided in the first pipe, and performs changeover between a first state of supplying ambient air to the absorber and a second state of connecting the absorber to the recovery pipe; a second pipe which is provided on the other side of the casing, has a first opening/closing valve, and connects the absorber and a furnace body; the first opening/closing valve provided in the second pipe; an exhaust pipe which passes through the absorbent in the casing, and of which one end is connected to the furnace body, and the other end is opened to the exterior; and a second opening/closing valve which is provided in the exhaust pipe in the casing. When absorbing carbon dioxide, the selector valve is so made as to be in a first state, the first opening/closing valve is so made as to be in an open state, and the second opening/closing valve is so made as to be in a closed state, and when separating the same, the selector valve is so made as to be in a second state, the first opening/closing valve is so made as to be in a closed state, and the second opening/closing valve is so made as to be in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より低温で二酸化炭素の吸収と分離を行う、汎用性の高い二酸化炭素回収装置の提供。【解決手段】二酸化炭素吸収材を内蔵するケーシングを有する吸収ユニットを備え、ケーシングの一側に設けられ、吸収材に接続される第1配管と、二酸化炭素回収管と、第1配管に設けられ吸収材に大気を供給する第1状態と、吸収材を回収管に接続する第2状態とを切り替える切替バルブと、ケーシングの他側に設けられ、第1開閉バルブを有し吸収材と炉体とを接続する第2配管と、該配管に設けられる第1開閉バルブと、ケーシング内の吸収材内を通過し一端が炉体に接続され、他端が外部に開放される排気配管と、ケーシングにおいて排気配管に設けられる第2開閉バルブとを備える。二酸化炭素吸収時は、切替バルブを第1状態、第1開閉バルブを開状態、第2開閉バルブを閉状態とし、分離時は切替バルブを第2状態、第1開閉バルブを閉状態、第2開閉バルブを開状態とする。【選択図】図1 |
