HEAD-MOUNTED LOUPE

To provide a head-mounted loupe capable of performing imaging that matches the line of sight of a wearer through a magnifying glass.SOLUTION: A head-mounted loupe comprises: a refraction member 22 disposed on one of a front side and a back side of a magnifying glass 11, and positioned on a line of sight S1 of a wearer passing through the magnifying glass 11; and a camera member 23 capable of imaging an object through the refraction member 22. The refraction member 22 enables the wearer to visually recognize the object through the magnifying glass 11, and refracts a line of sight axis P of the camera member 23 to match the line of sight S1 of the wearer.
