The field coil (2a) is arranged between the armature (2c) and a positive electrode terminal of a power supply (5), and when setting the combined resistance of the field coil (2a) as Rf[Ω], setting the armature resistance of the armature (2c) as Ra[Ω], and setting an output voltage of the power supply (5) as Vb[V], a relationship of [Vb×Ra/(Rf+Ra)≤12] is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
