METHOD OF PACKAGING ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND PAPER-MADE PACKAGE

To provide a technique for suppressing an edge of an opening for loading from being broken when an absorbent article is loaded in a paper-made package while suppressing the paper-made package from increasing in size.SOLUTION: A method of packaging an absorbent article according to one aspect of the present invention includes: an expanding step of increasing the width of an opening of a paper-made package which has a predetermined surface opened by decreasing the height of the opening; and a loading step of compressing the absorbent article in a thickness direction thereof and loading the compressed absorbent article through the opening with the thickness direction of the absorbent article along the height direction of the opening increased in width in the expanding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、紙製の包装体のサイズの増大を抑制しつつ、吸収性物品を紙製の包装体に装填する場合に装填用の開口の縁の破損を抑制する技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の一側面に係る吸収性物品の包装方法は、所定面が開口する紙状の包装体において、開口の高さを狭めることで開口の幅を拡張させる拡張工程と、吸収性物品を厚み方向に圧縮し、圧縮された吸収性物品を拡張工程において幅が拡張された開口の高さ方向に該吸収性物品の厚み方向が沿うように、吸収性物品を該開口を介して装填する装填工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
