To improve convenience of a remote control system that uses a mobile device.SOLUTION: A mobile device 11 can be carried by a person. A transmission part 111 and a reception part 112 can wirelessly communicate with a control device 12 that controls a locking/unlocking device 31 . A processing part 113c causes the transmission part 111 to transmit a connection request signal CR for establishing a one-to-one wireless communication link with the control device 12 to the control device 12.
