Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for manufacturing an optical fiber assembly capable of easily connecting and controlling an optical fiber cable including a multi-core optical fiber.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical fiber assembly, capable of manufacturing the optical fiber assembly by assembling a plurality of bodies to be assembled including a multi-core optical fiber including a plurality of cores comprises: the first step of acquiring first arrangement information associated with the core arrangement of the multi-core optical fiber included in the body to be assembled; and the second step of determining whether the core arrangement of the plurality of the bodies to be assembled is the same on the basis of the first arrangement information.
