Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for manufacturing a regenerated interlayer film from which glass has been completely removed that enables recovery of the interlayer film (polyvinyl butyral) in a state being as intact as possible.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a regenerated interlayer film using a laminated glass plate 10 comprising an interlayer film 14 interposed between glass plates 12 respectively disposed on both sides thereof, includes at least: a peeling step of peeling the glass plates 12 from the interlayer film 14 by applying force against the laminated glass plate 10; and, after the peeling step, a melting step of causing the interlayer film 14 to react with a dissolving solution to dissolve possibly remaining broken pieces of the glass plates 12 on and/or in the interlayer film 14 so as to obtain the interlayer film 14 from which the glass plates 12 have been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ガラスを完全に除去した再生中間膜フィルムを提供することであり、可能な限り中間膜フィルム(ポリビニルブチラール)を無傷の状態で回収することが可能な再生中間膜の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】中間膜14を挟んで両側にガラス12を配置してなる合わせガラス10を用いて再生中間膜を製造するための方法である。合わせガラス10に対して力を加えることによって中間膜14からガラス12を剥離する剥離ステップと、剥離ステップ後において、中間膜14に残留し得るガラス12を溶解させるための溶解液と中間膜14とを反応させることによって、ガラス12が除去された中間膜14を得る溶解ステップと、を少なくとも含む再生中間膜の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
