Zusammenfassung:	To provide an oil cooler capable of restraining oil from intruding into a gap between a core and an oil receiver and restraining the oil from scattering to peripheral components.SOLUTION: An oil cooler 1 to which an oil filter 10 is detachably attached includes an oil cooler core 5 for cooling heat of oil, a cover disk 2 attached to the oil cooler core, and an oil receiver 3 for guiding oil dripping at attachment/detachment of the oil filter 10. The oil receiver 3 is provided between the oil filter 10 and the oil cooler core 5 along an attachment direction of the oil filter 10 and is integrally attached to the cover disk 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】オイルがコア部とオイルレシーバとの隙間に入り込むこと及びオイルが周辺部品に飛び散ることを抑制することが可能なオイルクーラを提供する。【解決手段】オイルフィルタ１０が着脱可能に装着されるオイルクーラ１は、オイルの熱を冷却するオイルクーラコア５と、オイルクーラコアに取り付けられるカバーディスク２と、オイルフィルタ１０の着脱時に垂れるオイルを誘導するオイルレシーバ３とを備える。オイルレシーバ３は、オイルフィルタ１０の取り付け方向に沿ってオイルフィルタ１０とオイルクーラコア５との間に設けられ、且つカバーディスク２に一体的に取り付けられている。【選択図】図２
