Zusammenfassung:To provide a simultaneous production method of lower aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons useful as petrochemicals, even though hydrocarbon-based plastics obtained from the lower aliphatic hydrocarbons and the aromatic hydrocarbons have conventionally been difficult to be used as raw materials because the lower aliphatic hydrocarbons and the aromatic hydrocarbons contain a wide variety of components.SOLUTION: When producing the lower hydrocarbons and the aromatic hydrocarbons from thermally-decomposed products of hydrocarbon plastics, a simultaneous production method of lower aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons comprises steps of: heating and melting at least hydrocarbon-based plastics (1); thermally decomposing heat-melted hydrocarbon-based plastics in presence of a zeolite having a solid acid content of 200 μmol/g or less to obtain a thermally-decomposed product (2); and simultaneously producing the lower aliphatic hydrocarbons and the aromatic hydrocarbons by bringing the thermally-decomposed product into contact with a catalyst containing zeolite satisfying specific characteristics under a heating condition (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 多種多様な成分を含むことから従来は原材料として用いることが困難であった炭化水素系プラスチックであっても、石油化学製品として有用な低級脂肪族炭化水素及び芳香族炭化水素を同時に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 炭化水素系プラスチックの加熱分解生成物より低級炭化水素及び芳香族炭化水素を製造する際に、少なくとも、炭化水素系プラスチックを加熱溶融する(1)工程、加熱溶融炭化水素系プラスチックを固体酸量が200μmol/g以下であるゼオライトの存在下で加熱分解し、加熱分解生成物とする(2)工程、加熱分解生成物を特定の特性を満足するゼオライトを含む触媒に加熱条件下で接触し、低級脂肪族炭化水素及び芳香族炭化水素を同時に製造する(3)工程を経る低級脂肪族炭化水素及び芳香族炭化水素の同時製造方法。【選択図】 図1
