Zusammenfassung:To provide an industrially feasible and efficient production method of 2-methyl-N-(2'-methylbutyl)butanamide which is a pheromone of MFLB.SOLUTION: A production method of 2-methyl-N-(2'-methylbutyl)butanamide at least comprises: a step to obtain an N-α-arylethyl-2-methyl-N-(2'-methylbutyl)butanamide compound represented by a general formula (3) (in the formula, Ar represents a 6-20C substituted or unsubstituted aryl group) by N-2-methylbutyrylation of an α-arylethyl-2-methylbutylamine compound represented by a general formula (2) (in the formula, Ar is defined as above); and a step to obtain 2-methyl-N-(2'-methylbutyl)butanamide represented by a formula (1) by deprotection of the α-arylethyl group of the obtained compound (3).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】工業的に実施可能で、効率的な、MFLBのフェロモンである2-メチル-N-(2'-メチルブチル)ブタナミドの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記一般式(2)(式中、Arは炭素数6-20の置換または無置換のアリール基を表す。)で表されるα-アリールエチル-2-メチルブチルアミン化合物をN-2-メチルブチリル化することにより、下記一般式(3)(式中、Arは上記で定義した通りである。)で表されるN-α-アリールエチル-2-メチル-N-(2'-メチルブチル)ブタナミド化合物を得る工程と、得られた化合物(3)のα-アリールエチル基の脱保護により、下記式(1)で表される2-メチル-N-(2'-メチルブチル)ブタナミドを得る工程とを少なくとも含む2-メチル-N-(2'-メチルブチル)ブタナミドの製造方法である。JPEG2022187251000094.jpg40170【選択図】なし
