Zusammenfassung:	To provide a drip stand coupling device with a novel structure, which has improved stability of a coupling state of a patient loading device and a drip stand and is capable of coping with the vertically relative displacement and selection of a coupling position of the patient loading device and the drip stand for example.SOLUTION: A drip stand coupling device 10 comprises: a first fitting part 12 fitted to a patient loading device 80 detachably; a second fitting part 14 fitted to a drip stand 82 detachably; and a coupling body 16 which couples the first fitting part 12 and the second fitting part 14, to couple the drip stand 82 to the patient loading device 80. The coupling body 16 is provided with a vertical movement mechanism 32 which allows the first fitting part 12 and the second fitting part 14 to vertically relatively move while keeping the horizontal coupling state of the coupling body 16 to the first fitting part 12 and the second fitting part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】患者搭載装置と点滴台との連結状態の安定性の向上が図られると共に、例えば患者搭載装置と点滴台の上下方向の相対的な変位や連結位置の選択などにも対応することが可能とされた、新規な構造の点滴台連結装置を提供する。【解決手段】患者搭載装置８０へ着脱可能に取り付けられる第一の取付部１２と、点滴台８２へ着脱可能に取り付けられる第二の取付部１４と、第一の取付部１２と第二の取付部１４とを連結する連結本体部１６とを、有しており、点滴台８２を患者搭載装置８０へ連結する点滴台連結装置１０であって、連結本体部１６には、第一の取付部１２と第二の取付部１４に対して連結本体部１６の水平方向での連結状態を維持しつつ、第一の取付部１２と第二の取付部１４の上下方向での相対移動を許容する上下移動機構３２が設けられている。【選択図】図１
