Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problem in which, even though a frozen food material needs to be heated after thawing, in a conventional method, heating unevenness occurs.SOLUTION: A control menu can be set which performs: a first step of, according to a temperature state of each area detected by a non-contact type temperature sensor, executing one out of stopping radiant heat heating means and driving only microwave heating means after driving the microwave heating means and the radiant heat heating means, and driving only the microwave heating means; a second step of driving the microwave heating means and driving the radiant heat heating means, continuously after the first step; and a third step of stopping the microwave heating means and driving the radiant heat heating means, continuously after the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】 冷凍保存した食材は解凍した後に加熱することが必要であるが、従来の方法では、加熱ムラが発生するという課題があった。【解決手段】 非接触式温度センサで検知したエリア毎の温度状態に応じて、マイクロ波加熱手段と輻射熱加熱手段とを駆動した後に輻射熱加熱手段を停止させマイクロ波加熱手段のみを駆動、又は、マイクロ波加熱手段のみを駆動、のいずれか一方を実行する第1の工程と、第1の工程に引き続き、マイクロ波加熱出段を駆動するとともに輻射熱加熱手段を駆動する第2の工程と、第2の工程に引き続き、マイクロ波加熱手段を停止し、輻射熱加熱手段を駆動する第3の工程と、を行わせる制御メニューを設定できる。【選択図】 図16 |
