If a first specified condition is satisfied, the time series of the rotational frequency of the shear assist blade 14 (time series data of the rotational frequency of the shear assist blade 14 during the ground improvement construction) is read out of the first storage device 212, and sent from a first state monitoring module 21 to a second state monitoring module 22 in a wireless manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
