METHOD FOR FORMING KNOT OF KNOTTED NET, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREOF

To provide a knot forming method, a knotted net manufacturing method, and a knotted net manufacturing device, which enable a net having various mesh shapes such as regular hexagonal mesh to be formed using knot formation technique that is not available in conventional knotted net formation devices.SOLUTION: A predetermined knotted loop is formed by winding a plurality of net yarns 12 pulled out of respective bobbins 3 and running in parallel around a predetermined knotting guide pin in a predetermined loop shape on a mesh frame 1 prepared according to the shape and size of meshes to be formed. Then, the bobbin 3 is passed through the knotted loop and subsequently the net yarn 12 is rewound on the bobbin 3 so that the knotted loop converges around the knotting guide pin and forms temporary knotted meshes. Subsequently, the temporary knotted meshes is removed from the mesh frame 1 and squeezed to completely form knot so as to form knotted meshes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来の有結節編網装置では対応できない結節技法を用いて、正六角目をはじめとする多様な網目形状の編網を可能にする、結節形成方法、有結節網の製造方法、および有結節編網の製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】ボビン３の各々から引き出されて並走する複数本の網糸１２を形成する網目の形状及び寸法に合わせて用意された網目型枠１の所定の結節ガイドピンに所定のループ形状で巻き回して所定の結節ループを形成する。次に、結節ループにボビン３をくぐらせた後に網糸１２をボビン３に巻き戻すことにより結節ループが結節ガイドピンの周囲に収斂し仮結節された網目を形成する。続いて、仮結節された網目を網目型枠１から取り外して仮結節を引き絞り結節を完成させ有結節網目とする。【選択図】図１
