To provide a power supply/demand adjustment apparatus which properly adjusts power supply/demand in accordance with a bilateral contract which can flexibly change a power buying/selling amount regarding power transaction between a power generation BG and a demand BG, a power supply/demand adjustment method, and a program.SOLUTION: In a power system, a power supply/demand adjustment apparatus (information processing apparatus 5) includes: a power generation BG planning unit which formulates a power generation plan and a sales plan of a power generation BG (Balancing Group); a demand BG planning unit which formulates a demand plan and a procurement plan of a demand BG which has a bilateral contract of power transaction with the power generation BG; and a power market transaction unit price prediction unit which predicts a power market transaction unit price which is a unit price of power transaction in a power transaction market, and outputs a power market transaction unit price prediction value. The power generation BG planning unit adjusts a power selling amount to the power transaction market and a power selling amount to the demand BG in the sales plan in accordance with the power market transaction unit price prediction value.
