Zusammenfassung:	To prevent neighbors from feeling discomfort due to siren sound of an emergency vehicle in a specific region where emergency vehicles can travel preferentially.SOLUTION: A control unit is configured to be capable of acquiring first information indicating that satisfaction of at least either of the following conditions: that an emergency vehicle in emergency traveling has entered a specific region where the emergency vehicle can travel preferentially; and that the emergency vehicle has entered a specific operation state where preferential traveling is possible in the specific region.
