Zusammenfassung: | To efficiently cool an EGR gas which passes an EGR passage in a cylinder head when forming the EGR passage at the cylinder head.SOLUTION: A cylinder head structure comprises an in-head EGR passage 70 which is formed in a cylinder head main body 13, a water jacket 20 in which a cooling water derivation part 21 is arranged at an end part in a cylinder row direction, and a water outlet 30 connected to an outlet-side wall part being a wall part at which the cooling water derivation part 21 of the cylinder head main body 13 is arranged. A recess which is formed so as to adjoin the cooling water derivation part 21 via a bulkhead part is formed at the outlet-side wall part, the water outlet 30 has a guide part for introducing a part of cooling water from the water jacket 20 to the recess, and the in-head EGR passage 70 is formed so as to be located at the lower part of the cooling water derivation part 21 and the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】シリンダヘッドにEGR通路を形成する場合に、シリンダヘッド内のEGR通路を通るEGRガスを効率良く冷却する。【解決手段】シリンダヘッド本体13内に形成されたヘッド内EGR通路70と、気筒列方向の端部に冷却水導出部21が設けられたウォータジャケット20と、シリンダヘッド本体13における冷却水導出部21が設けられた壁部である出口側壁部に接続されるウォータアウトレット30と、を備え、出口側壁部には、冷却水導出部21に対して、隔壁部を介して相隣接するように設けられた凹部が形成され、ウォータアウトレット30は、冷却水の一部をウォータジャケット20から凹部に導く案内部を有し、ヘッド内EGR通路70は、冷却水導出部21及び凹部の下部に位置するように形成されている。【選択図】図7 |
