Zusammenfassung:	To provide a clutch piston which achieves high sealing performance of a seal member and small friction.SOLUTION: A clutch piston includes: a piston which reciprocates in a piston chamber into which an oil flows; and a seal member which seals the oil in the piston chamber. The seal member has: a base part attached to the piston; and a seal lip which slides on a columnar wall surface of the piston chamber when the piston reciprocates. The seal lip has a seal surface which makes surface contact with the columnar wall surface. The seal surface has a substantially column shape in a non-compression state that the seal surface does not contact with the columnar wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】シール部材の封止性能が高く、かつ摩擦が小さいクラッチピストンを提供する。【解決手段】クラッチピストンは、オイルが流入するピストン室内を往復移動するピストンと、ピストン室内のオイルを封止するシール部材とを備える。シール部材は、ピストンに取り付けられた基部と、ピストンが往復移動するときに、ピストン室の円柱状の壁面に対して摺動するシールリップとを有する。シールリップは、円柱状の壁面に面接触するシール面を有し、シール面は、円柱状の壁面に接触しない非圧縮状態で、ほぼ円柱状の形状を有する。【選択図】図２
