Zusammenfassung:To improve a production efficiency of a battery pack by satisfactorily suppressing a joint failure between terminals of a plurality of battery cells and bus bars arranged in a lamination state in a case.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery pack comprises: laminating a plurality of battery cells having terminals arranged on one surfaces respectively so that the one surfaces are directed in the same direction, and compressing them from both sides; inserting the plurality of compressed battery cells into a case so that the one surfaces are positioned at an open end side of the case; arranging a plurality of bus bars so as to overlap them with the corresponded terminals onto the one surfaces of the plurality of battery cells; moving a compression tool from a compression start position in a manner to push the plurality of bus bars into a bottom surface side of the case from the compression start position in accordance with a height position of the terminal of each battery cell mostly separated from a bottom surface of the case; and bonding each of the plurality of bus bars to the corresponded terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ケース内に積層された状態で配置される複数の電池セルの端子とバスバーとの接合不良を良好に抑制して電池パックの生産効率を向上させる。【解決手段】本開示の電池パックの製造方法は、それぞれ一面に配置された端子を有する複数の電池セルを当該一面が同方向を向くように積層して両側から圧縮し、圧縮された複数の電池セルを一面がケースの開放端側に位置するようにケース内に挿入し、複数の電池セルの一面上に、対応する端子と重なり合うように複数のバスバーを配置し、ケースの底面から最も離間した電池セルの端子の高さ位置に応じた加圧開始位置から複数のバスバーをケースの底面側に押し込むように加圧治具を加圧開始位置から移動させ、複数のバスバーの各々を対応する端子に接合するものである。【選択図】図2
