To suppress the increase of an absolute value of acceleration of a vehicle during changing of a vehicle speed when an occupant posture easily causes motion sickness.SOLUTION: A control device 70 comprises: an inclination angle acquisition unit 72 that acquires the head inclination angle of an occupant 200; an upper limit setting unit 74 that sets the upper limit value of the absolute value of acceleration of a vehicle; and an acceleration/deceleration control unit 75 that controls acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle so as to prevent the absolute value of the acceleration of the vehicle from exceeding the upper limit value.
