The inorganic binder layer contains one or more selected from a group consisting of graphite, mica and zirconium silicate, in which the total content of graphite, mica and zirconium silicate is 7 pts.mass or more and 70 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the inorganic binder, thereby inhibiting sand seizure to the casting.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】鋳型由来の砂の鋳物への焼着きを抑制する技術を提供する。【解決手段】耐火性骨材と耐火性骨材の表面に形成された無機粘結剤層とを有する無機コーテッドサンドを用いて作製された鋳型により、鋳物の砂焼着きを抑制する方法であり、無機粘結剤層が黒鉛、雲母およびケイ酸ジルコニウムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上を含有し、黒鉛、雲母およびケイ酸ジルコニウムの合計含有量を無機粘結剤100質量部に対して7質量部以上70質量部以下とすることにより、鋳物の砂焼着きを抑制する方法。【選択図】なし
