To provide a filling and packaging machine which can discharge a formed content filling container quickly and stably.SOLUTION: A filling and packaging machine includes: a lifter 111 for pushing a content filling container C2 of each formed row up to a discharge position above a conveyance path; a front side communication passage 13F and a rear side communication passage 13R provided so as to extend in the left-to-right direction on front and back both sides of the discharge position; distribution means for distributing the content filling container C2 at the discharge position to the front side communication passage 13F and to the rear side communication passage 13R alternately; a front side discharge conveyor and a rear side discharge conveyor provided so as to be connected to one end part out of left and right of the front side communication passage 13F and the rear side communication passage 13R; and front side transport means 16F and rear side transport means 16R for transporting the content filling container C2 distributed to the front side communication passage 13F and the rear side communication passage 13R to the front side discharge conveyor and the rear side discharge conveyor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】形成された内容物充填容器の高速かつ安定的な排出が可能な充填包装機を提供する。【解決手段】形成された各列の内容物充填容器Ｃ２を搬送経路上方の排出位置まで押し上げるリフター１１１と、排出位置の前後両側に左右方向にのびるように設けられた前側連絡通路１３Ｆおよび後側連絡通路１３Ｒと、排出位置の内容物充填容器Ｃ２を前側連絡通路１３Ｆおよび後側連絡通路１３Ｒに交互に振り分ける振り分け手段と、前側連絡通路１３Ｆおよび後側連絡通路１３Ｒの左右いずれか一端部に接続するように設けられた前側排出コンベアおよび後側排出コンベアと、前側連絡通路１３Ｆおよび後側連絡通路１３Ｒに振り分けられた内容物充填容器Ｃ２を前側排出コンベアおよび後側排出コンベアまで移送する前側移送手段１６Ｆおよび後側移送手段１６Ｒとを備えている。【選択図】図８
