Zusammenfassung: | To provide an automobile door which has a glass member and a resin member and has a high bond strength of both of the members.SOLUTION: In an automobile door, a glass member (2) is a window glass, a resin member (5) is at least one panel for fixing the window glass, the glass member and the resin member are bonded to each other through a resin coating layer (3), at least one layer of the resin coating layer is a modified polyolefin layer formed of a resin composition containing polyolefin, and the modified polyolefin layer is at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a layer including a reactant 1 of maleic anhydride-modified polyolefin, a bifunctional epoxy resin and a bifunctional phenol compound, a layer including a reactant 2 of maleic anhydride-modified polyolefin and a thermoplastic epoxy resin, and a layer including a mixture of polyolefin and a thermoplastic epoxy resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ガラス部材と樹脂部材を備えるとともに両部材の接合強度が高い自動車用ドアを提供すること。【解決手段】ガラス部材(2)が窓ガラスであり、樹脂部材(5)が窓ガラスを固定するための少なくとも1つのパネルであり、ガラス部材と樹脂部材とが樹脂コーティング層(3)を介して接合されており、樹脂コーティング層の少なくとも1層が、ポリオレフィンを含む樹脂組成物から形成された変性ポリオレフィン層であり、変性ポリオレフィン層は、無水マレイン酸変性ポリオレフィンと2官能エポキシ樹脂と2官能フェノール化合物との反応物1を含む層、無水マレイン酸変性ポリオレフィンと熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂との反応物2を含む層、及びポリオレフィンと熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂との混合物を含む層からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である。【選択図】図5 |
