Zusammenfassung:To provide a pressure variation suppression unit which can quickly suppress pressure variations of a wind channel and an objective room.SOLUTION: A pressure variation suppression unit 100 is arranged at least at either of an air supply duct connected to an objective room in which room pressure is adjusted to prescribed pressure, and supplying air to the objective room, and an exhaust duct connected to the objective room, and discharging air from the objective room. The pressure variation suppression unit 100 has: a box body 110 communicating with the air supply duct or the exhaust duct; a variable plate 130 for displacing the inside of the box body 110 by a variation of the pressure of the wind channel; an energization member 140 for energizing the movable plate 130 toward the wind channel; and a relaxation member 150 which is relaxed by the variation of the pressure of the wind channel, and sealing the inside of the box body 110 by connecting the box body 110 and the movable plate 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】風路と対象室の圧力変動を、迅速に抑制できる圧力変動抑制ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】圧力変動抑制ユニット100は、室圧を所定の圧力に調整される対象室に接続し対象室に空気を供給する給気ダクトと、対象室に接続して対象室から空気を排出する排気ダクトの少なくとも一方に設けられ、風路の圧力の変動を抑制する。圧力変動抑制ユニット100は、給気ダクト又は排気ダクトに連通する筐体110と、風路の圧力の変動により筐体110の内を変位する可動板130と、可動板130を風路に向けて付勢する付勢部材140と、風路の圧力の変動により弛張し、筐体110と可動板130とを接続して筐体110の内を密閉する弛張部材150と、を有する。【選択図】図2
