Zusammenfassung:	To provide a sheet-like fat and oil composition as filling material which has a good extensibility and a good heat-endurance during the second fermentation and enables production of layered bakery products with favorably swelled layers and favorable meltability in the mouth without greasiness.SOLUTION: The triglyceride composition of a sheet-like fat and oil composition as filling material fulfills the following conditions (1) and (2). (1) Total contents of S3, S2m, S2d and Sm2 is 45-75 mass%.
