Zusammenfassung:To construct a mechanism that, when operating a facility or store that provides a service that allows a customer to user an electronic device, can provide everything from reservation reception to completion of service provision unattended.SOLUTION: In the mechanism, a management server 1 can be connected to, via a communication network NW, a client system 2 that can provide a use service of an electronic device 26 to a customer C who owns a customer terminal 4, and a reservation server 3 that can issue an electronic ticket T for using the electronic device 26 to the customer terminal 4 via the communication network NW, and includes means of acquiring reading information of the electronic ticket T issued by the reservation server 3 from the client system 2, and means of instructing automatic activation (ST21) and automatic stopping (ST25) of an operating program of the electronic device 26 to the client system 2 when the reading information satisfies a predetermined requirement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】顧客に対して電子機器を利用してもらうサービスを提供する施設・店舗を運営するにあたって、予約受付からサービス提供完了まで全てを無人で提供できるような仕組みを構築する。【解決手段】この仕組みにおいて、管理サーバ１は、顧客端末４を保有する顧客Ｃに対して電子機器２６の利用サービスを提供可能なクライアントシステム２、及び通信網ＮＷを介し顧客端末４に対して電子機器２６を利用するための電子チケットＴを発券可能な予約サーバ３に通信網ＮＷを介して接続可能な管理サーバであって、予約サーバ３から発券された電子チケットＴの読取情報をクライアントシステム２から取得する手段と、読取情報が所定の要件を満たした場合に、クライアントシステム２に対し電子機器２６の稼働プログラムの自動起動（ＳＴ２１）及び自動停止（ＳＴ２５）を指令する手段と、を備える。【選択図】図４
