Zusammenfassung: | To provide a liquid supply device which can efficiently remove air bubbles in a liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device for supplying a liquid to a liquid discharge part has a circulation path for circulating the liquid, a bypass path for connecting upstream and downstream in a liquid circulation direction of the liquid discharge part provided on the circulation path, a pressure generation part for generating circulation pressure for circulating the liquid in the circulation path, a deaeration part for removing gas in the liquid, a switching part for switching mutually a first path including the bypass path as a part of the circulation path and a second path including no bypass path in the circulation path, a detection part for detecting air bubbles in the liquid to which the circulation path is fed, and a control part for controlling switching operation by the switching part, wherein the control part performs control to flow the liquid in the first path when the air bubbles are detected by the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】液体中の気泡を効率的に除去可能な液体供給装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る液体供給装置は、液体吐出部に液体を供給する液体供給装置であって、前記液体が循環する循環経路と、前記循環経路に設けられている前記液体吐出部の液体循環方向における上流と下流とを接続するバイパス経路と、前記液体が前記循環経路を循環するための循環圧力を発生させる圧力発生部と、前記液体中の気体を除去する脱気部と、前記バイパス経路が前記循環経路の一部となる第1経路と、前記バイパス経路が前記循環経路に含まれない第2経路と、を相互に切り替える切替部と、前記循環経路を送液される前記液体中の気泡を検出する検出部と、前記切替部による切替動作を制御する制御部と、を有し、前記制御部は、前記検出部により前記気泡が検出されている場合に、前記第1経路を前記液体が流れるように制御する。【選択図】図5 |
