DRAIN CAP

To provide a drain cap facilitating an insertion of a plate spring member into an exhaust port while improving nonslip effect of the plate spring member to the inside surrounding of the exhaust port significantly than before.SOLUTION: A drain cap 10 comprises a cap body 5 covering an exhaust port 3 in water communication structure, a plate spring member 8 extending toward a side opposite to the exhaust port 3 from the cap body 5 and made narrower and inserted to the inside of the exhaust port 3, then expanded by resilient force of itself and compressed and held at the inside surrounding of the exhaust port 3 and a nonslip tool 11 constituting an elastic rubber attached at a longitudinal direction suitable position of the plate spring member 8, and the plate spring member 8 is arranged in the state where an auxiliary plate spring 8a shorter than a longitudinal dimension of itself is overlapped at the side opposite to the exhaust port 3, and respective longitudinal direction intermediate parts of the plate spring member 8 and the auxiliary plate spring 8a are fastened together and fixed at a suitable place of the cap body 5 side, and the nonslip tool 11 is attached at a range non overlapping with the auxiliary plate spring 8a of the plate spring member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】排水口の内部周囲に対する板ばね部材の滑り止め効果を従来より大幅に向上しながらも、前記板ばね部材の排水口への挿入を容易ならしめるドレンキャップを提供する。【解決手段】排水口３を覆う通水構造のキャップ本体５と、該キャップ本体５から排水口３に対峙する側へ張り出し且つ排水口３の内部に窄めて挿入されてから自身の弾発力により展開して排水口３の内部周囲に圧接保持される板ばね部材８と、該板ばね部材８の長手方向適宜位置に装着された弾性ゴムから成る滑り防止具１１とを備えたドレンキャップ１０に関し、板ばね部材８が自身の長手寸法より短い補助板ばね８ａを排水口３に対峙する側に重ね合わせた状態で装備し且つ板ばね部材８及び補助板ばね８ａの相互の長手方向中間部がキャップ本体５側の適宜箇所に共締めで固定され、板ばね部材８の補助板ばね８ａと重ならない範囲に滑り防止具１１が装着された構成とする。【選択図】図３
