Zusammenfassung: | To prevent unmating and insufficient tensioning of joints by maintaining a distance between an imaging moving body and a cone part at a certain level with a simple configuration in an expanded pipe for a rehabilitation pipe installed in an existing pipe, thereby ensuring that a cone length is properly controlled.SOLUTION: After a helical rehabilitation pipe 3 made of a belt-like member 10 is manufactured to have a diameter smaller than that of an existing pipe 1, a cutting wire 41 interposed at a joint 15 between adjacent edges of the belt-like member 10 is removed. A circumferential length of a cut portion of the rehabilitation pipe 3 is gradually expanded while sequentially cutting a part 14b of the joint in a winding direction. An imaging moving body 20 is connected to a wire part 41b to be pulled, of the cutting wire 41 through a traction rope 30. The imaging moving body 20 is positioned so that a camera of the imaging moving body 20 captures a cone part 3c being expanded from an expanded tube part 3b side of the rehabilitation pipe 3, and the imaging moving body 20 is pulled by a pull force that pulls the wire part 41b to be pulled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設管内に設置される更生管のエキスパンド製管において、撮像移動体とコーン部分との距離を簡易な構成で確実に一定に保つことで、コーン長さを適確に管理して、接合部の嵌合外れ及び張り付き不足を防止する。【解決手段】帯状部材10からなる螺旋管状の更生管3を既設管1より小径に製管した後、帯状部材10の隣接する縁どうしの接合部15に介在させておいた切断用ワイヤ41を引き取ることによって、接合部の一部14bを巻回方向に順次切断しながら、更生管3の前記切断がなされた部分の周長を順次拡張させる。切断用ワイヤ41における被引取ワイヤ部分41bに、牽引ロープ30を介して撮像移動体20を連繋する。撮像移動体20のカメラが更生管3の拡張済管部3b側から拡張中のコーン部分3cを撮影するように、撮像移動体20を配置し、被引取ワイヤ部分41bを引き取る引取力によって、撮像移動体20を牽引する。【選択図】図3 |
