DOOR OPENING/CLOSING MECHANISM, AND SLIDING DOOR UNIT EQUIPPED WITH THE MECHANISM

To provide: a door opening/closing mechanism, which unnecessitates the wiring to connect an operation part with a control part, and can plan to commonize components; and a sliding door unit equipped with the mechanism.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing mechanism 2 comprises: an upper rail 40 that guides the top side edge of a sliding door panel 30 in the door width direction; a driving mechanism 50 that slides the aforesaid sliding door panel in the door width direction; a reception part 34 which is connected to a control part 55 that controls the driving mechanism; an operation part 16 which receives the operation to slide the aforesaid sliding door panel; and a transmission part 19 which is arranged to lie on one end of the door thickness direction and makes radio transmission of an operation signal of the aforesaid operation part to the aforesaid reception part.
