Zusammenfassung:To provide an improved method and device for generating an emulsion, the method for separately supplying a continuous phase liquid and a dispersed phase liquid to a micro-channel chip.SOLUTION: In a micro-channel chip 10, dispersed phase liquid holding units 102, 103 are connected with an emulsion forming unit 120 through a dispersed phase liquid channel 117; a continuous phase liquid holding unit 101 is connected with the emulsion forming unit 120; the emulsion forming unit 120 is connected with an exhaust port 150 through an emulsion channel 130. A method includes, with an external liquid sending driving force, in the emulsion forming unit 120, generating an emulsion including droplets formed of the dispersed phase liquid and a continuous phase formed of the continuous phase liquid, and causing the emulsion to enter the emulsion channel 130. A surface of a wall surface of a dispersed phase liquid channel 117 is formed of an inorganic material and/or an organic material not containing a fluorine compound and not treated with a fluorine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】連続相液と分散相液とを別個にマイクロ流路チップに供給する方法において、エマルジョンを生成するための改善された方法、及び装置を提供すること。
