To provide an oral adhesive sheet that can exhibit good releasability during use while exhibiting good adhesiveness during manufacturing, obtained by laminating an adhesive sheet and a release sheet.SOLUTION: Provided is an oral adhesive sheet with an adhesive sheet and a release sheet, the adhesive sheet having a water content of 5 mass% or more and 13 mass% or less and a thickness of 30 μm or more and 250 μm or less, and the release sheet having a luminance difference (ΔL) of 4.5 or more and 19.5 or less, which is obtained by formula (I): luminance difference (ΔL)=L(P)-L(X), on a surface in contact with the adhesive sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】製造時には良好な接着性を発現しつつ、使用時には良好な剥離性を発現することのできる、貼付シートと剥離シートとを積層させてなる口腔用貼付シートに関する。【解決手段】貼付シート及び剥離シートを備える口腔用貼付シートであって、貼付シートは、水分量が５質量％以上１３質量％以下であり、かつ厚みが３０μｍ以上２５０μｍ以下であり、剥離シートは、貼付シートと接する面において、式（Ｉ）：輝度差（ΔＬ）＝Ｌ（Ｐ）－Ｌ（Ｘ）により求められる輝度差（ΔＬ）が４．５以上１９．５以下である、口腔用貼付シート。【選択図】なし
