Zusammenfassung:To provide a cleaning method and cleaning solution capable compatibly attaining efficient cleaning and long column life in a filler for hydrophobic interaction chromatography, having been conventionally difficult to clean.SOLUTION: A cleaning method of a column filled with a filler for hydrophobic interaction chromatography, includes the steps of: passing cleaning solution containing specific components after execution of the chromatography; and passing water and buffer solution to discharge the cleaning solution. The cleaning method employs cleaning solution consisting of a mixture of inorganic salt and surfactant. Thereby, the method can effectively clean the filler so as to attain quality improvement of products and cost reduction due to longer gel life.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の課題は、従来洗浄が困難であった疎水性相互作用クロマトグラフィー用充填剤について、効率的なクリーニングとカラム長寿命を両立できる洗浄方法及び洗浄液を提供することにある。【解決手段】疎水性相互作用クロマトグラフィー用充填剤を充填したカラムについて、クロマトグラフィー実施後に、特定の成分を含む洗浄液を通液する工程と、水や緩衝液を通液して洗浄液を排出する工程とを含んでなる洗浄法において、無機塩と界面活性剤の混合物からなる洗浄液を用いる。これにより効果的に充填剤を洗浄でき、生産物の品質向上やゲルの長寿命化に伴うコスト削減を達成することが可能となる。【選択図】 なし
