To provide a washing device for restraining the occurrence of washing unevenness.SOLUTION: A washing device 1 has a rotational driving device 3 for rotationally driving a washing object W by holding the washing object W, a washing brush 10 held by the rotational driving device 3 and rubbing-washing a surface of the rotating washing object W and a feed drive device 8 for moving the washing brush 10 in parallel to a rotary shaft of the rotational driving device 3.
