The circulation device includes a radiator flow passage 53 including a heat exchanger (radiator 27), a bypass flow passage 51, a flow control device (cooling water control valve 4), and a thermostat valve 28. The controller controls the flow control device so that a flow rate of the cooling water flowing in the water jacket is adjusted in accordance with a load of the engine by closing the radiator flow passage and adjusting a flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the bypass flow passage when the load is lower than a first load, and controls the flow control device so that the cooling water flows in the radiator flow passage and the bypass flow passage when the load is equal to or higher than the first load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】エンジンの負荷に応じて、燃焼室の壁温を高い応答性で調整する。【解決手段】エンジンシステム1は、エンジン10と、ウォータジャケット20に冷却水を循環させる循環装置91と、制御器(ECU100)と、を備え、循環装置は、熱交換器(ラジエータ27)を含むラジエータ流路53と、バイパス流路51と、流量調整装置(冷却水制御バルブ4)と、サーモスタット弁28と、を有する。制御器は、エンジンの負荷が第1負荷よりも低い場合に、ラジエータ流路を閉じかつ、バイパス流路を流れる冷却水の流量を調整することによって、ウォータジャケットを流れる冷却水の流量が、負荷に応じて調整されるよう、流量調整装置を制御しかつ、負荷が第1負荷以上の場合に、冷却水がラジエータ流路及びバイパス流路のそれぞれを流れるよう、流量調整装置を制御する。【選択図】図4 |
