Zusammenfassung:To develop a concrete admixture that can control the hydration reaction.SOLUTION: By coating cement powder with phenolic resin, a concrete setting and hardening control material of stable quality with controllable hydration hardening reaction time can be obtained, and in particular, thermal cracking can be reduced by suppressing initial heat generation. In addition, since the concrete setting and hardening control material of the present invention is a powder smaller than fine aggregate, it can be mixed with cement powder and used, and can be uniformly mixed with concrete composition such as aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】水和反応を制御可能なコンクリート混和材を開発すること。【解決手段】フェノール樹脂でセメント粉粒体をコーティングすることで水和硬化反応時間が制御可能な安定した品質のコンクリート凝結硬化制御材が得られ、特に、初期の発熱を抑制することで温度ひび割れを低減させることができる。また、本発明のコンクリート凝結硬化制御材は、細骨材より小さな粉粒体であるので、セメント粉体に混合して用いることができ、骨材などのコンクリート組成物と均一に混合できる。【選択図】図4
