To provide a medical catheter and a medical catheter set whose operability is excellent.SOLUTION: An ileus tube 1 comprises: a tube that is to be inserted into the intestinal tract and comprises at least a drainage lumen and a balloon lumen; a balloon 3 that is attached to a distal part of the tube and is connected to the balloon lumen; and a pressure operation part (rubber bulb 4) that is configured to be elastically restorable and expandable/contractible, is provided at a proximal part of the tube 2, is connected to the inside of the balloon 3 via the balloon lumen, and is capable of adjusting pressure inside the balloon 3. The rubber bulb 4 can expand the balloon 3 by supplying fluid to the inside of the balloon 3 at the time of contraction, be made to return into an expanded state by elastic restoration of the rubber bulb 4 in a contracted state, and contract the balloon 3 by sucking the fluid inside the balloon 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】操作性の良好な医療用カテーテル及び医療用カテーテルセットを提供する。【解決手段】イレウスチューブ１は、腸管に通され、ドレナージ用ルーメンとバルーン用ルーメンとを少なくとも備えるチューブと、チューブの遠位部に取り付けられ、バルーン用ルーメンに接続されたバルーン３と、弾性復元可能で膨張収縮可能に構成されており、チューブ２の近位部に設けられて、バルーン用ルーメンを介してバルーン３の内部に接続されて、バルーン３の内部の圧力を調整可能な圧力操作部（ゴム球４）と、を備える。ゴム球４は、収縮時に、バルーン３内に流体を供給してバルーン３を拡張させ、収縮状態のゴム球４が弾性復元することで膨張状態に戻り、バルーン３内の流体を吸引してバルーン３を収縮させることが可能である。【選択図】図３
