To provide a home electrical appliance capable of inhibiting light from reaching a portion, which is not intended to be lighted, of a floor surface.SOLUTION: Shading walls 130 each of which inhibits light of a light emitting part 121 leaking from an upper hole 101 of a storage part 100 from reaching a floor surface, on which a housing 30 is installed, are formed on a lower plate 33 of the housing 30. The storage part 100 is installed with a translucent cover 110 which covers a lower surface, and claws of the cover 110 are engaged with the upper holes 101 of the storage part 100. When light radiated from the light emitting part 121 and passing through the cover 110 reaches the claw 111, the light leaks from the upper hole 101 in a manner that the light is radiated in a floor surface direction. The shading wall 130 inhibits the light leaking in the floor surface direction from reaching the floor surface to prevent the light from being radiated to a portion, which is not intended to be lighted, of the floor surface and impairing the design.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】床面の意図しない箇所に光が届くのを抑制できる家電機器を提供する。【解決手段】筐体３０の下板３３には、収納部１００の上穴１０１から漏れ出した発光部１２１の光が筐体３０を設置する床面に届くことを抑制する遮光壁１３０を形成した。収納部１００には下面を覆う透光性のカバー１１０が設置され、カバー１１０のツメが収納部１００の上穴１０１に係止される。発光部１２１から照射されカバー１１０を介した光がツメ１１１まで届くと、上穴１０１から床面方向へ照射されるように光が漏れ出る。遮光壁１３０により床面方向へ漏れ出た光が床面まで届くのを抑制することで、本来意図しない箇所の床面が照射されず、意匠性を損ねない。【選択図】図８
