PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET HAVING RELEASE FILMS AND USAGE THEREOF

To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having release films capable of preventing occurrence of a defect at an adhesion face between one adhesive surface and an adherend, when a second release film is removed from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet after a first release film is removed from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having release films being double-sided with two sides thereof protected respectively by the two release films and the one adhesive surface is adhered onto the adherend.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having release films includes: a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having adhesive layers being double-sided; a first release film arranged on a first adhesive surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet; and a second release film arranged on a second adhesive surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. In the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having release films, peel force is 0.03 N/50 mm to 1 N/50 mm or less when the second release film is removed from the second adhesive surface under a prescribed condition after the first release film is removed from the first adhesive surface and a cycloolefin polymer film is adhered onto the first adhesive surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】２枚の剥離フィルムで各面が保護された剥離フィルム付き両面接着性の粘着シートから一方の剥離フィルムを剥離して、一方の粘着面を被着体に貼り付けた後、２枚目の剥離フィルムを粘着シートから剥離する際に、上記一方の粘着面と上記被着体との接着面に欠陥が発生することを防止できる剥離フィルム付き粘着シートを提供すること。【解決手段】剥離フィルム付き粘着シートは、粘着剤層を備える両面接着性の粘着シートと、粘着シートの第一粘着面上に配置された第一剥離フィルムと、粘着シートの第二粘着面上に配置された第二剥離フィルムと、を備える。また、剥離フィルム付き粘着シートは、第一剥離フィルムを第一粘着面から剥がし、該第一粘着面にシクロオレフィンポリマーフィルムを貼り合わせた後、第二剥離フィルムを、所定の条件で第二粘着面から剥がしたときの剥離力が０．０３Ｎ／５０ｍｍ以上１Ｎ／５０ｍｍ以下である。【選択図】図１
